Returns & Exchanges

At BB Branded, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
